Lambertville, MI, April 1, 2008 – Wrestlers looking to hone their skills over the summer are invited to sign up for Forge Wrestling Camp. The intense three day commuter camp, which will run from July 14-16, 2008, is designed for middle school and high school wrestlers ready to take their mat skills to the next level.

The staff of Forge Wrestling Camp includes an impressive line up of college and high school coaches. Penn State Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator Matt Dernlan and Lehigh University Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator Tim Dernlan will be on the mat with the wrestlers. Both were successful college wrestlers and 3x Ohio state champions. Aaron Anspach, Penn State University’s Director of Wrestling Operations and 2007 NCAA Runner-up, is also on board. As coaches at top collegiate wrestling programs, they have a wealth of knowledge to share with developing wrestlers. The camp will also feature local guest clinician Dennis Brighton, Bedford’s varsity wrestling coach and himself an NCAA Runner-up, and guest speaker William Regnier, former Bedford wrestling coach and National Coaches Hall of Fame Member.

At Forge Wrestling Camp, wrestlers will receive advanced instruction on successful techniques and training methods. The all-day training sessions will help young wrestlers develop the skills to become champions.

Forge Wrestling Camp runs July 14th, 15th, and 16th on the campus of Bedford High School in Temperance, Michigan. The cost of the camp is $125. A team discount of $25 per person is available for teams bringing five or more wrestlers. Applications are available on-line by clicking Forge Wrestling Camp.
